We’re celebrating our 5^th year anniversary, and celebrating YOU!

 Because of you and your commitment to the Arkansas Yoga Center, our vibrant community continues to thrive. We’d love to have more people feel the magic and vibrancy of our classes. To facilitate this reality, we’re making August of 2010 our Bring A Friend Free Festival.

 You bring to a class (Yoga,T’ai Chi, Zumba) at AYC: a guest, family member, co-worker, neighbor, your dentist, your chiropractor, neurosurgeon, etc. who has never taken a class at AYC.  

1.  For each of these guests, you’ll get a gold star (no kidding!) on your current class card. Each gold star will represent one additional FREE class for you.

2.  You can accumulate as many gold stars on your card during August for every NEW guest you bring to class.

3.  Any of these fortunate folks you introduce to AYC, and who buy a card themselves, can then do the same thing-bringing NEW guests and then they can get their own gold stars. Yee ha! Will the wonders never cease!?

4.  Your gold stars last until the expiration date on your card.

  The festival will run from August 1^st through August 31^st. Bring your friends and accumulate those stars!!!

Starting August 5th at AYC there will be an ALL LEVEL class taught by Amy Graves  on Thursday mornings from 6 – 7 am.

Come join Natalia Pizarro for Zumba at the Arkansas Yoga Center.  Class is held Saturdays 12:30-1:30pm.  Will add more classes soon!

This class helps prepare the mother’s body and breath to open for childbirth. Yogic techniques of breath, movement, and more provide a basis for smooth passage through this powerful  life experience. All yoga practices are modified for safety throughout your pregnancy. Registration requested but Drop-Ins welcome at $15/session. Thursday nights.  Sign up online.
