Andrea was inspired to promote yoga in Arkansas with a television show on Fayetteville’s Community Access Television in 1997. The TV series “Yoga with Andrea” expanded first to the northwest region of Arkansas on the Jones Network, then to UofA Television (UATV) in NWA, then statewide on PBS/AETN. It continues to air weekly on AETN and UATV, and with the close of Jones TV it has come back home to Fayetteville Public Access Television. “Yoga with Andrea” has grown and changed and is now “VariYoga with Andrea”, and many episodes include her friend and yoga partner Bryan Fowler.

Thousands of people watch the show regularly and enjoy the benefits of practicing VariYoga.  Please join us for a session on TV, or if you can’t catch it on TV, watch and practice online!
