Learn comfortably and safely from our certified teachers. You’ll be introduced to the benefits of VariYoga, from basic postures and breathing to pose sequences and techniques. The goal of this class is to help you: Improve posture and alignment, deal with stress better, sleep better,
reduce back pain, increase coordination and balance, improve digestion and metabolism, and enhance your over all well-being.
No one is ever too old, too busy, too stiff, or too overweight to begin the journey to wellness. With the support of a like-minded community, we explore remarkable practices that help us all feel more vibrant, empowered, and alive!
