Kripalu Workshop

Kripalu

Arkansas Yoga Center's own Andrea Fournet and Carrie Davis attended "Big Magic and Bold Music with Elizabeth Gilbert and Rayya Elias" at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, Massachusetts May 12-14. Gilbert and Elias taught about "The Art of Making Things for No Reason Whatsoever" and introduced Gilbert's new book, "Big Magic." Gilbert's memoir, "Eat, Pray, Love," sold over 10 million copies and made her a cultural phenomenon. Her new book, "Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear," seeks to help her audience live creatively, which does not necessarily mean “pursuing a life that is professionally or exclusively devoted to the arts,” but rather “living a life that is driven more strongly by curiosity than by fear.” Click the link below to see more pictures of Andrea and Carrie's time at this Kripalu workshop on Arkansas Yoga Center's Facebook page!
